It's a flash animation, I don't think anyone really cares that the cartoon has nothing holding his sleeves up.

The symmetry's really quite scary. No face is perfectly symmetrical, it needs some variation, change one of the eyes or other features, or at least shade it so they look different.

I agree with what Leel said, it looks like it's bending towards us instead of away like it logically should (well, I suppose it doesn't need to bend away, it just looks weird, personal preference, if you will).
I'd drop the cracks, because they look more like just a cluttered mistake to me, and the legs look weird, just because they bulge out so much. Other than that I don't see anything, it's really well done, I'd say.

Hah, that sounds kind of cruel, I mean, I hated the band, too, but you don't necessarily need to be glad he commited suicide...I think?
Back on topic: Everything looks really flat; the only place I really see meaningful shadint is the few highlights on his forehead, everything else looks like you just randomly. The glasses look really, uh, bad. I can't think of anything else to say about them other then that they look like a lemniscate and rather out of place. Maybe with some color and stuff they would fit in more. Also, the shirt needs highlights.

The one directly to the left of the hero has no blood on his face! That's disgraceful. Heh...his face really does bug me a little, maybe because his head seems a little more detailed than the others, it seems to show more obvious features. I don't really know, but that's what sticks out to me. Otherwise it's great.

I have another thought, maybe instead of posting a ton of new threads asking for people to animate for you, you could post them in one thread and probably get a free animation program.Brilliant!

I'd make his body and/or head move some, too, so it looks a little more natural. I just think it all looks really static right now.

It's true, it happened to me long, long ago 
My only crit is that on the tail it looks more like a WIP animation showing you you made it, and it should look more like tail feathers sprouting. Everything else is fine.
