I don't think the guitar is un-proportional, it's size is ok for me.
The neck of the guitar is too short, also the body of the guitar should be slightly bigger than his head. The headstock is also kind of short.

I think your run cycle looks fine without the leg swish. Maybe add a few more frames on the leg extension. and try to fix the shoulder exaggeration. The movement is okay, but the shape doesn't appear to be the same at some frames.

3) the effect around the moon is not pixel art by strict standers (it seems like a computer generated effect)

The animation thread technically doesn't need to feature anything pixel art related, just animation related.

I dont think your insect should have an outline like your slime. It makes it look like they dont fit together.

I like the golden armor set. It reminds me of the kid chameleon samurai.  :D
Although for some reason I see a stray blue pixel on his eye slit, I see the same thing on the other armor set as well, so it suggests to me it is supposed to be his eye? yet, on the image on the head slot, you can see that's where material is supposed to be. If that eye is supposed to be there, I would recommend not including it, as it would look much more natural/realistic darkened with the rest of the helmet.

Your light source is still inconsistent. I made a quick edit to try to explain. the biggest problem I found on this, was in its stomach. His abdominal muscles awkwardly lit up rather than keeping their consistent color. Speaking of the stomach, his abdominal muscles seem to warp extremely awkwardly. try to find a way to keep them consistent. also if you can see detail from his torso at this angle, you should be able to see some detail on his back. I made a quick edit to his side, adding a hint of a lat, its not perfect, just an idea of what you should do. If you touch up on these  you're a step closer to making a really dynamic sprite.
