Job offers / Seeking talented pixel artist for character sprites/background, paid position

My team is looking for an artist to do character/background art for our music-based reaction game.
The game requires players to use combination of 1/2 fingers to control a character in order to avoid/hit an incoming stream of good/bad objects.
We'd prefer a style that is playful and simple but fits with the music theme.
Assets:
- 3-5 character sets, each with 5 "states" (250 x 250)
- 3-5 background art pieces (1136 x 640)
- 3 small objects (90 x 90)
- UI elements/title screen optional
Price:
- Per asset upon agreed expected hours
- Due to a limited quantity of assets, we're looking for quality and will compensate accordingly
