Job offers / [PAID] Looking for an isometric pixel artist

Hello!
We're currently developing a multiplayer isometric game. We have not gone down to fine details of it yet but we're currently looking for for a specific art style, more of a grunge/retro style. Something similar to this (http://orig07.deviantart.net/3718/f/2010/084/2/c/pixel___yummi_sushi_room_by_firstfear.gif) but with a bit more 'grunge'.
We're after room tiles, characters, items, and interfaces.
There is quite a lot of pieces required! If you think you'll fit in to this sort of style please contact me at mark at elementalco dot com with your location, sample work, and costs.
