Just a few questions
Are you a programmer?
who has been creating those art assets on your facebook page?
will we be working with them?

Also what is a content creator? Are they a level designer another programmer what is his/hers job?
why are you asking for more artist?
Is the one you have already ill experienced?
Is that all you really do because it sounds like anyone can replace you?

What i am trying to get at here is you sound like a (ideas guy)and to anyone with game developing experience they know that you are using other peoples talent and hard work to make money unless you are creating some thing that is helping the game you are dead weight.

One artist to another here is a tip start smaller than 64x64 in fact it's best to start at 16x16 so you can understand the uses of each pixel and then make your way there by 32x32 because this art is well odd i suggest that you post on the Pixel Art forum to get some feedback on your work before you offer your services to programmers   http://pixelation.org/index.php?board=2.0 good luck.

A great way to get artist to help on your project is to have a demo/screen shots and show prier experience on others games that you have made because projects like this take months and months.

if you throw up a link to the demo you will have a greater chance of getting a artist
