I believe what he means by that is.. to break up the monotony you should break up some of the some of the bricks my using different colors. He did it in his edit.   :-X

Also you really need more saturation, it looks a little dead.  :-X

Good job though! That's coming out really cool!  :y: :y:

He also fixed the perspective on the top of the roof which will give it a more 3-dimensional look.

Started making crystal like structures,
Not really sure where to go next to make it any better  :-\
But I know it can be! Let me know what you guys think.

In context:

Edit:
New Piece!
Gonna mess with the pallete a bit.

Edit:

Combining my materials.
With some context.

I have a couple extra colors lurking in there.. I found 2 of them it should be 5 colors.
Is there a way to display the colors you are using on the current layer or in general in Graphics Gale? Thanks! :)

Edit:
Just messing with stuff.

Progressions of her look.
Looks more like the concept now at least :D
I like the 3rd one the most.
Tried the blue just for the hell of it.

This isn't done! But I think it's much better.
I hate the back leg and his head needs more movement.
Critique it up  :D

Edit:

Most recent edit.. needs hair/head movement and I need to clean it up a bit. Overall I think the motion is pretty fluid though.

Edit:
Fixed the head and some timing stuff to give it more anticipation.
Gonna start working on the reset.
What do you guys think??

I just tried some new hair:

Would that go better with the square body?

Much Better  :y: :y:
I can understand what you are trying to say by the way! Your English is quite good.

Idle stance is still looks awkward avoid just having him pop up and down try to add more motion to it :)

Welcome to the forum!  :D :) ;D

He is not very fluid D:
It sort of looks like he is dragging his feet as he walks.
I think you should exaggerate the arm movement a little more as well.

Also he has a very square like figure, but you chose to make his hair a little noodle like.

I agree with Alex that he is breathing from his legs, I would recommend coming up with something that compliments the character a bit more rather than just having him pop up and down from his legs to "breathe."

Welcome!  :D

I think you can get by with less frames.
Currently that and the positions the legs are going into is causing the noodle leg effect in the walk.

Also you have the arms sort of swaying back and forth, but the torso, head, and hips are  static.

I recommend studying how someone typically walks.
Hope that helps a little! Keep at it!

Isn't it obvious what needs to happen?  :D

Notice the pelvis thrust, pretty sure this is what PPP meant :y:

(I had way too much fun with this)

HAHAHA that is great Gil

I was able to work on the run a bit more today.
I changed the eyes to match his idle stance a bit more.
His head now turns!

Now the question is.. what else should I change o.o
Should his outer leg shift a bit too?? I'm not sure.

Update:

Changed a few things! More air time!! and sped it up a bit.
