Pixel Art / 34 wide isometric base tiles

I recently started with an iso tileset base, so I have something to work from in the future. The tile resolution went a bit weird but the edges work really smoothly so I'm not inclined to change the resolution.

The crude roman numerals are intended for referring to specific tiles. I.IX.I and II.IX.I are the north steep slopes, which wouldn't be visible if added in a mockup but might be needed if I were to make something with this.

I think I have every permutation for slopes that go one level higher/lower, as well as any other appropriate tiles.
I don't intend to make any steep slopes or anything outside of the ones already here.

I think this is finished, but maybe someone can find improper tiling or tiles I've missed.
The only things I see are some minor oddities like where multiple slopes meet in the large mockup but I don't think that's very important.

Images are working fine now on my end.

I think you should not make the entire body of the character black, but shade it a bit. Maybe not like in my sloppy edit, because I'm assuming the form of the jacket isn't meant to be conical.

If you AA the outline to pure white, it'll look wierd on darker backgrounds, so i'd suggest not doing so.

I've used the original image, because i didn't notice the changes between your edit until i was quite far in my edit.

If the roof is protruding, it should probably be reflected on the rest of the building as well.
I made the roof protrusion wider to match up with the windows at the bottom, and the windows on the brick aren't in perspective in my edit. The middle ones should be a bit lower

I played around a bit with the colours.
I think you should use more contrast. Also, the trees and blue bird look mostly flat.

The perspective of the bullet belt seems of to me, appearing to recede into the background and then somehow going into a gun closer to us.

I think the pillars lack contrast, and tinkered with the palette. I mostly removed  some redundant colours, and also edited the character a bit.
