Ah, I remember that classic Hoodlum logo. You're version is really nice too, you've done a great job!

Cool! It's nice to see some really old-school stuff. I've always been a fan of C64, Spectrum and Amiga (although Amiga has fewer limitations than C64 and Spectrum) graphics.

Selout is a short word for selective outlining, a technique to outline sprites. It's kinda hard to explain so I just post a link to this great tutorial by Preston Kyle Mays: http://www.zoggles.co.uk/asp/tutorials.asp?tut=8

That hair looks great. I think you could add some more highlights though.

I almost never use the circle tool so I haven't really thought about it. But I'm pretty sure Pro Motion does pefect circles.

I started colouring reydragk's dragon. It's still a wip though, I can't decide how to shade the wings and there are some tweaking to do too.

EDIT: Ok here's an updated version. The wings looks more like mosquito wings than dragon wings. They are probably too thin too fly with but I like 'em anyway.

Nice tutorial, indeed! I realised that I've never actually seen someone else pixel something before. It was nice to see someone else in action! I look forward to more tutorials!

Pixel Art / Re: Old Game Consoles
« on: January 10, 2006, 08:18:48 pm »
Those icons are really good-looking, I especially like the Nes one. I love old consoles and still play many good old games through emulators on my computer. I don't want to "steal" you're thread but I've done some icons of old consoles (and some other stuff) I would like share. I admit that the PSP isn't is a retro console but I did an icon of it anyway.
