Don't know if I should be replying to this... :-[

Anyway, I've had that problem before, but it seems that, if use an earlier version of Firefox (dunno what's the latest, I think I've got 1.0.7), it doesn't happen. WIth Safari, the problem still exists - plus, the images overlap eachother. Tell me if you want a screenshot.

let us all know so we don't end up with a forest on one end and the far reaches of space on the other...
I thought that was the best part of it :P

Colour problems should be fixed. Let me know what you think.

@Larwick: I'm glad you liked, man. You should do a c64 version of yours too, I'm sure you'd do something awsome ;D

SEE UPDATED IMAGES BELOW
First one has hires restrictions, I think. Second is hires edited (doesn't use any restriction aside from the palette). Third is an attempt to fully use the potential of the c64 palette.

And I've just realised that there are a few problems on the colours, but I'll fix them later.

And I want C&C, please. ;)

only has 512mb

Consider yourself lucky, I have about 300mb...on a five years-old iBook...and, considering that, your problem should be WINDOWS (because I use PhotoshopCS on that Mac)

Most of the great pixel artists from around here (Helm, Ptoing...) recommend Cosmigo's ProMotion. I haven't tried it, because I'm using a Mac, but it is suposed to be the best pixeling application that exist at the time.
A great number of pixelers out there also like GraphicsGale. I'm not very fond of it, but I haven't used it that much (only when I'm at my grandmother's house).
If you're using a Mac (because the previous two only work on motherfucking son of a bitch Windows) you should try Pixen. Has everything a pixeler needs (plus, icons/graphics made by Pep and Miguel, if I remember correctly). but crashes an awful lot.

I don't know what's up with your Photoshop, but I find it perfect for pixeling...I sometimes switch to Pixen, but it never lasts.

Hope I was helpful...
