Pixel Art / Fantasy Girl Pose !!HELP!!

Hey

It wont get accepted on PJ, I can understand why, but can someone
help me with the face/leather/metal? Any other tips are welcome too.
Also made three different heads to see what looked best, let me know :P

This is my first time in Pixelation, and I've added my Chimera to this message
Hope you people like it, even when its way to cartoony :)
