The colours are quite saturated overall. Tone it down a bit if it's possible under the GC restrictions.

Umm how about adding a few more details such as a license plate, a muffler, and a windshield wiper?

This is my first attempt at pixeling (based on dixet_4). Please critique.

The small f might look cleaner without the rightmost pixel (at the end of the "hook").

The legs still seem too short. As for her right hand, is it supposed to look like she's shooting at the sky or just doing the same pose as the left hand? If it's the latter, then her middle finger (on the right hand) should bend slightly.

Are you referring to the Gifts that Facebook used to have that costed $1 each? If so, I think it's Susan Kare.

General Discussion / Re: I want to see your paper stuff

If you ask for both pixel work and sketches upfront, maybe the artist wouldn't feel like you're asking to see more stuff only AFTER you've seen his pixel work and possibly think it's not up to your expectation. Just a suggestion.

eboy has done some nice architectural stuff in isometric view, if that's what you're looking for.

General Discussion / Re: Tool for single pixel width curves
« on: June 12, 2011, 03:09:31 pm »
EyeCraft, I really appreciate your detailed response. I guess I'm approaching the problem from a more theoretical standpoint, that is, instead of worrying about what I'm drawing, I just want to find a good way to render an arbitrary line/curve in a confined space using few pixels. It could be a useful tool for drawing some initial curves without jaggies, but ultimately, an artist would still have to tweak the results since the tool cannot fix artistic problems.

If you are interested, my project is described in greater detail in this post:
