What exactly do you mean, TomF, when you say the legs are "pillowy"?

And what exactly makes the stance "childish", weaselpa? I really have no clue what that's suppose to mean.

Anyway, sorry for not getting into the rest of the cast yet. Been real busy with other projects and such. I'll still make an attempt though.

And as for the TMNT project... basicly same problem... Been preoccupied with other things.

What the hell is that? Is that even a person? If it is, it looks horribly mutated and disfigured, like as if it's made out of wax and got melted.

Waaah! The last two artworks are too cute! Finish it! I wanna play! ^_^

Only critz is that the critters look pillow-shaded (there! I said it!). Give the tones of each color a bit of a hue shift. Just a little.

Only critz I got is you could kinda make the shine on the head of that machine on the first one move as it thrusts to improve the reflective look.
If you don't understand what I mean, imagine standing on a sidewalk and looking at a car drive by and watching the shine from a streetlight overhead move along the curve of the car as it passes by.

I was chillin' with a friend in the weekend and got the oppertunity to watch a few ThunderCats episodes from a boxset. Being the retro girl I am, I totally enjoyed it. Very nostalgic.
I then made this for fun. Look! It's Liono!  ;D



I might make the rest of the gang as well for fun.  :D

Just did a quick edit on the sword. I did away with some extra colors you had on the sword and used the greys and crimson from the little guy.



And Tremulant is right... Steer clear from the penis-swords such as what we see in Final Fantasy 7 and Bleach. Poor guys in those anime must be so "small". lol

I think you could go with a lighter tone for the outfit. It's too dark to read the lines. However, if you add contrast, lights & shadows, then you could keep the dark outfit and it would look good.

And a personal preferance... I think you should give him a propor ninja sword so that he reads better as a ninja rather than some ghoulish monster with a huge knife.
I personally have never been a fan of the "penis-sword" <=(swords that are as large as or larger than the person weilding it). It always looks silly and it makes it look like the character is compensating for something else...
There's enough anime with penis-swords already. lol

As a fan of grey-scale Gameboy-esque art, I decided to give you a little quickie edit.



But take the advice from the guys above me. If you want to get good at anatomy, keep on drawing. Draw lots of people. Realistic people. And when you don't have a pencil in hand, study people you see day by day. Observation and study is key.
