Really love the green light shining on him, but I wish it was AA'd a bit more.
You did a really great job drawing the teeth ;)

The basic structure is pretty well done in my opinion.

I do think that the skin tone really needs some warmth, and the brighter shade for the skin is blinding XD
You should really think about toning down the difference between the individual shades so they don't clash so much.

The piece desperately needs some AA, especially on the hands, they're looking quite blocky at the moment.
I would also consider not using pure black for the outlines, it looks terrible on a white background.

The hair needs that bit of shine as seen in the drawing as well.

Looking good!
Good luck! ;)

And where might I be able to comment on it?

symmetry is all well and good but not PERFECT symmetry
After comparing the two, I think that the symetrical one just looks better.

it's ramp is bit loose... same with the yellow bobble
What do you mean by the ramp?

the eyes... need a bit of aliasing too... but most importantly they need some sort of specular hilght
I don't even know where to begin doing this, every attempt looks horrible.

Anyways... heres the new version:

I'm a bit stumped on how to AA the rim of the hat though...

It looks pretty good, the buttons look nice... but the rest look dull...
Perhaps add some sort of shine to it?
Or mayby it's just me... I like shinys XD

That was... oddly terrible looking.
Thanks for pointing out that huge mistake.

I think that the head needs a bit more contrast.
It's hard to discern between it's details.
Also, the bottom left part of the head's outline looks a bit... odd.
And I don't believe that they make arrows with flat heads XD
