Mario Galaxy is sort of too easy and too linear, in my view. Although it's still really good.

I must say I do think that anyone who did not make anything should be banned. Regardless of who he is.
He had more then 20 days to complete it. Of course there is the chance that something serious came up.
But if he simply forgot, or didn't plan his time right etc he simply needs to be banned like anyone else.
However, I do think that someone like Baca would have a good reason. I havent seen him around in a while either.

I'm just thinking about it logically; by banning baccaman, pixelation loses out, not baccaman himself.

These presents are nice. I think it's a bit harsh to ban those people though. Especially baccaman, he gives presents to us throughout the year in the form of really helpful advice, it's counter-productive to ban people like him, it's more like a punishment for the rest of us which isn't fair.

It helps to think as if it were a 3D low-poly model. In fact I recommend getting into 3D modeling/technical drawing/draughtsmanship, that's how I learned a lot of what I know about lighting/shadows/reflection. Here's a quick image to help:
