haha each time I "finish" mine I end up making it a little bigger and remaking huge parts of it. Ill save an earlier version separately and if I don't end up finishing it in time ill send that instead....

I sign up!

I like animations of freaky human abominations. You know, the kind with lots of PUS squirting about and such. Creatively horrible, perfect for Christmas Decemberween! I like when things have less colors than more. I like creative use of dithering, though its a skill I don't really have myself. I also like BIOMECHANIC stuff, because of all the cool animations that can spawn from it.

Also, I really like "The Venture Brothers" from Cartoon Network / Adult swim, swiss fondue and the video game Shadow Of Rome. Also I really like the idea of Genghis Khan fighting alongside a crab ninja and an octopus pugilist against their common enemy, a swarm of blood thirsty fish samurai. Maybe with Brock Samson thrown in the picture just for kicks. Yeaaa wouldnt that be awesome. yeaaaa

Pixel Art / Nuke blast.

A nuke bomb going off. This is going to take a while.  :blind:

Only the first few frames are finished, the rest is all just silhouettes.

I slowed it down here so you can see the frames better.

Its for flash game again.

this is my reference:

Critics and tips appreciated! The timing of the blast is what worries me the most right now, though its a little hard to see here.

It would be AWESOME if the Lectro dude got his prongs stuck in the soil ceiling (or possibly in female end sockets in some more techno areas) when he hits it by jumping. Maybe a ground pound-like attack could do the same for the ground.

To make this scene more interesting , I would make machines and other technological stuff mix in with the cave. Like, encrusted in the cliffs, with possibly animated moving parts. The machines could emerge from inside the cliffs sometimes into the playable area and make gameplay elements like gates or traps. There could also be some in the background. Another thing that could make for interesting visuals would be underground lakes or waterfalls in the background that drop into killer pits.
