So, this is my shaman. I still learn pixel-art so I still have some problems with anatomy, shades, light and of course dithering  :-[ so please help me with your CRITS&COMMENTS&EDITS!
(I'm not sure what to do with flame - I tought about some staff or something...)

about the colors looking too saturated:
are you using photoshop? if so are you sure you handle the color profiles correctly? sounds like youre working in something different than srgb and forget to convert to srgb or something like that

I work in Corel and Graphic Gale... do you know how to work in srgb?

I don't know why his hands are yellow... I made that in notebook and when I copied it to my PC colors looks different, and like always I don't know how to choose colors becouse they too saturated when I save image as a .gif  :huh:

I made new character Larry Zito and still the same problem - WHY MY COLORS ARE SO SATURATED??? help please!

The shadow on Rico's skin is too close to the outline color. Make it lighter to be a more even step between the outline and midtone. They could also use highlights. Their right [viewer left] arm is pillow shaded. I know they wore bright pastel colors, but the amount of saturation on them is really overdoing it.

Update-I changed color of Rico's skin but I have problem with colors of clothes-when I save it as .gif they always saturated too much-I don't know what to do. help :)

This just makes them look like poodles.

I have huge problem with finding color palette for my pictures... For example-if I want to make monster I don't know how to choose color  palette for skin, shade, light spots and bottom lines ??? is there any SOFTWARE that can make it for me or i there any RULE for this? Please help!

In this picture Krysis made green skin of this creature my problem is how to chose colors so that they'll match up (green skin, green shade, green light spots). sorry for english :P
