I would say to get a free webhost, but then you have to get someone to code you a site or do it yourself.
This gives full customization and neat features like forums and image pop-ups.

I use heliohost.org, but I haven't used any others.

You need to upload your images onto the web, using something like imageshack.us (which I prefer) and put the address they give you, not the file's address on your pc.   :)

I made this in my copy of the OHRRPGCE. As you can see the water has noticeable grid.

Your tiles look very random, and I think that's one thing you want to avoid. I've learned the hard way that it's easier to detail and transition grass and other tiles that you carefully placed each pixel rather then randomness.

I like the old grass better. It had less of a visible grid, but it still had a grid.

I'm doing a sprite base for a guy, and I need some tips.

Specifications: "What I'm looking for, in total, is the base sprite outline for each of the four main sprite positions (north, south, east, west) and each of the frames for their respective walking animations.The size of the sprite is 32x64 pixels but the sprite does not have to cover the entire height of 64 pixels."

I like the front view, but the side I can't figure out. I will be animating later.

Fix the cliffs to be top-down. It looks messed right now.

I like the alternate colours more then the original. I like the grass and I can't think of much of a critique but the background is kinda hard to read.
