Type of game:

- 2D Pixel Adventure game

Story (All I can say):

-The story is based on around the guy that is creating machine that increases Lucid dreaming. While building it he is testing it on himself which leads to dreams about someone very dear to him, just a bit twisted. Game will have multiple options dialog which will lead to different endings. The action is happening in real world and lucid dream world.

What we need the most:

Designer

About the team: There are 4 of us atm in the team. I am working in software development company. I (Mirko) am making MES (Manufacture enterprise) solution for big companies suck as Samsung, Impol, Uddeholm, BGI etc... I am taking role of main developer in this mission.... I am also certificated Microsoft C# programmer (MCP). Our project manager and idea maker is Josip, he won first prize in national space project (he launched satellite in the space to prove his theory why Applo 13 oxygen tanks exploded), Jurica is our designer he is working on front end in american company that is somewhat like couch surfing just for families. Jacob is our sound designer (https://soundcloud.com/eigengrauaudio).

What have we done till now:

Whole back end for game is almost done.

What we use:

Unity -> C#, XML, JSON

What we expect:

Designer  -> Help our current designer to speed up the process a bit
Level designer -> We expect to know how to use unity (how to put objects on scene pretty much) and have some imagination (we supply whole design you just need to make levels using schemes we provide you with).

Speak English or Croatia language (we use English only on discord).

After demo ( end of September) we will write contracts where we define % you will have off the game, signed and verified at bilingual office.

Hey there,

if you are interested in working with me and my few friends on a game we are currently developing, you are free to tag along. About us: we are all developers from same collage and we all work for unity game development companies. I am specified in AI, UI, State machines, Spells, Data, Security, and SOLID/Dependency injection design patterns. I am also certificated Microsoft programmer in c# and i got title of MCP. BA. ING. . 2nd friend is also unity game development that developed levels/puzzles/design for FaraAway game (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mousecity.faraway&hl=en_US ->you can check it out on app store), he worked for Pine studio after me . He is specializes in puzzle mechanics, modeling in blender and other interesting things. 3th one is working in Ericson and hes creating VR simulations in unity. (https://www.ericsson.hr/)

What are we looking for: We are looking for a pixel artists.

What is the game style : Its a platformer.

Skill requirement: If you want to work/learn (we accept everyone from beginner to expert) you are more than welcome, we are all willing to help (we offer Pluralsight lessons for .net, javascript and unity).

Game story: For now think of it like some kind of Indiana Jones style game (exploring, brainstorming, fighting, free running etc...)

What we done so far (last 48 hours):

Almost whole base of the game is done and that includes:

-Dialog boxes

-AI

-Player movement

-Player interactions

-Data controll

-Combat

-Spells

-UI

-We want to keep it simple.

Also if your here to learn you are more than welcome, we will try to provide you with proper education (in coding and fore blender we might find something useful for you).

And we don't really care what kind of design is used while we can give a good atmosphere to player while he plays (tomb needs to feel like tomb).

Yeah, it's kinda Indiana Jones situation. Its happening in real world, we were planing to make it platformer because we plan to have some parkour mechanics to give player a little bit sense of relief after brainstorming puzzles and mysteries(mechanics  like stopping time on specific period to jump over collapsing walls, cutting bridges ropes with fire etc.), you can see prototype of time stop here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1d2stBS8uYStfrEm0RO6OgOO1oXu5vImu/view (its done in 3d but we will swap it to 2d once we have some kind of design).

I am currently writing script for the game story, !!!CAUTION!!! it is only prototype script to see what elements we will need to implement and work over.(also I'm not posting full idea here, don't want to get robbed of idea) :D
