Pixel Art / Re: Standing animation

He's moving too much up and down. His shoulders shouldn't move, only seriously unfit people breathe like that. Healthy breathing makes the stomach expand while the shoulders are still.
He definitely shouldn't be moving his hips or knees, that's just odd.

However, I think a more dynamic animation like the one you have looks better in a game even though it doesn't resemble reality that much.

Setzer is an albino, which means his skin should be lighter, almost white.

Celes is tilting her head forward but her hair isn't falling down. That's pretty weird.

Nah, I like cool machinery, vikings, beautiful women, metal music and booze/weed.

I dislike: Anime, gay-looking things and religion.

The colors look just fine to me. I think Crow's monitor isn't in perfect order
And for critique I think the jump between light and dark in his face is too big, makes his head look almos a little bit cube-shaped, you could smooth it out just a little with an in-between.

Don't look like bricks to me. Maybe if you made them less scale-shaped and changed the shading a bit they would look more like bricks.

Just a quickie edit where I played around with it a bit. Very little detail and contrast, just wanted to give a general idea. Maybe make assymetrical/different sized bricks like Wayne said.

There's pretty serious contrast inconsistency. The tree and the house furthest to the right look out of place because of their low contrast.
Also, the ground is the most detailed part and has the most contrast. In a game, this will be distracting and make it harder to focus on the important things.

Due to a bunch of really shitty things happening, I have to give up. Tile 77 is free again.

77 still up for the taking? In that case, I'll take it.
