I'm Noele. I've been around for a little while. Not a big while.

My rate is $60 an hour, for non-animated pieces. I am also willing to negotiate flat rates.

Something like this would be around $60 per frame
Frame rate for these are about 12-frames per second.

Here's a project I'm working on with a team (https://www.vernaculargames.com/ [they're great, check them out!]). I do the battle animations.

These would cost around $30 per frame.

Note that though these frames do not have as much detail as the previous works, they are higher in frame count.

The frame rate for these is 6 frames per second.
