Unpaid Work / [PAID - QUOTES] 2D Top down MMORPG - The Legend of Kilgore

Project Name:
The Legend of Kilgore
Description:
The Legend of Kilgore is a 2D Pixel top down MMORPG.
For now, there is no story or content. Kilgore is a place, but I have not really dug into anything yet. I am open to ANY story lines anyone has to offer!
LoK is a PC based game using Unity3D.
Some of the features include are:
* Character creation
* Crafting
* Raids
* Player building (fully buildable instanced homes with permissions and party building/housing)
* Cooking
* Quests and all the normal stuff you see in an MMO
The game (client) is roughly 80% programmed and the server is roughly 90% programmed.
You can login, create a character, and explore a test scene and build (not instanced, so everyone can see you build. That will be moved to per claim instance). Selling, renting, and buying claims are all working.
Quests, crafting, mobs, they all work great!
The only thing really left is moving the building to per player instance.
What is needed:
I am not much of an artist. (although my job is being a drafter....)
We need everything.
Icons, Weapons, Armor, tilesets, building tilesets, interior tilesets, all of it. I wish I could help out here. But I am a programmer. The game is now fully ready for some art work!
The style is a cross from A link to the past and Stardew Valley. It has to be fantasy themed. Steampunk is also cool. Japanese fantasy is also cool.
Pay:
Since the rules state I can not leave this open to you in the Paid section, I am posting here so you can quote your price per job.
I have started a google sheet with a list of current open jobs.
I pay half up front, half later. No BS. Just grown ups handling business.

It's a mess right now. It's wordpress. I can program it fine, just need some more art work
