I don't think he has any issues with looking buff but I think he is still looking too rigid

1) Silhouette of your figure & of an edit I attempted (but scrapped)
2) cyan lines are "lines of flow" as I saw it
3) I think your figure looks rigid because (especially without the arms) it is too cylindrical
4) a "skeleton" that conforms to the silhouettes (or is supposed to)
5) really rough figure based on the skeleton. glaring anatomical problems/awkwardness & more feminine than I intended BUT I think it is looking more natural (more "flow", less rigidity) and it looks 3 dimensional -- which brings me to my last point

The shading is focused too much on the little things -- the helmet, the kneecaps, breast plates etc -- and the bigger picture suffers for it. The figure looses its sense of solidity and the appears to be all in one plane -- 2d despite the shading

I would suggest doing this sort of thing for the sky transition
Also I thought your clouds were too symmetrical (about the vertical center) -- though i don't think this is a great composition for them either

What exactly do you mean when you say "jumping?"
Is she jumping upwards? Is she jumping from (our) right to left?
And imho the pose looks a bit relaxed/passive (was this the desired effect?) almost as if she's falling (eg coming down from a vertical jump) or floating/suspended.. the action of the figure doesn't scream jumping so much as i've jumped recently
(sorry that last thought was convoluted i can clarify if necessary)

Also I'm having a hard time seeing how her legs attach to her body.. I guess it just doesn't look quite right to me. Think it just might need more definitive shading.
