Actually, jagged nipples and a missing eye are what I would associate with a lame, obese, no-life Pokefans.

I'm more concerned with the highlights on the costume - are you sure they look right compared to the highlights and shading on the man in the costume? Maybe I'm just unsure cause I haven't slept in a loooooong time. Otherwise it's a generally great and funny piece.

Originaly Bubbah was naked, I just gave him a pikachu costume out of boredom in like, 5 minutes, so yeah, the man's shading and such are probably a tad different.

I'm not the master of critism but I can tell you what's off at a quick glance;

His arm is virtualy equally tall as his legs it seems, maybe you may want to adjust that a bit?

I feel like an ass when taking the attention away from what all the others at the board did.

I don't think you should worry about it. I believe (and hope) people here don't feel like they're in competition with other members, and more imprtantly, not in the Secret Santa. If anything, I think people will draw inspiration from it, or at the very least enjoy it. I know I feel like doing something more ambitious than usual now.

Hell yeah, this piece really makes me want to work a lot bigger than usually, it's just so grand and awesome.

Looking cool, however looking at him makes me wonder why he doesn't just fall over foreward, because his weight seems to lean to the right a lot, or something.

Otherwise cool though  :D

update:

-added a strap for the back shoulder, as it wasn't connected to anything

-fixed up the top spike for the halberd

-tried making the shadow on the lizardman's skin darker, to compensate for the shadow on the pants being that much stronger.

change them to red, complements green

How will make that stand them out less, exactly?

I call bullshit on the social experiment; seems to me you just did it for kicks and giggles.
Anyway, I for one still don't like the pants. They really dominate the piece.

Any suggestions on how to fix that? Less saturated colours or something?

Umm...and why couldn't you do that at the beginning?

I was conducting a social experiment.
