Also, the feet on yours look a bit odd because of the angle they're placed at. Hope this helps!

Alrght I took a stab at making him thinner, moved the shoulder a bit and tried to straighten out the feet.  :D


Also added the map detail and made the beak longer on the hat.

I need help with this, I think I might of over done the aa but I'm not totally sure.

I can't seem to get this right, :( I'm horrible with animations... and something seems wrong with the feet..
Also, it's not going to be blue, that was just my background at the time. :P

I like the one with red hair and the blue hood.
It would be neat to see in the game when you come up to a mysterious character, he or she would be shaded like the guy after the blue hood and red hair.
