I tried to edit this and none of it makes sense, the shading style of the head is 10x different from the shading style of the body. here is my slight changes, but I would say restart the shading. Though other more experienced pixel artist maybe able to help you with this

Them are manga/anime eyes, they just are not the chibi effected anime eyes.
