Pixel Art / Butcher Knife Perspective

Hey guys I started to work on this guy yesterday and I have hit a roadblock already. I'm trying to make it look as if the knife is almost pointing towards the screen but I can't seem to understand how to make it look right. And doing this also makes me wonder how I should draw the arm. My first time trying this type of perspective and I would appreciate any help  :blind: Thanks!

This guy's legs have been giving me quite a hard time. I have been gazing at him for so long that I can't really tell if he looks as awkward as I think he does. sytle was inspired by Shawn's PJ avatar. I would like to hear any help or suggestions you have to give on anything about this guy  :y:

Hey guy  ;D I have been working on this Nidoking for a few days now and I have reached a point where I would like some help. I can't seem to get the claws to look good on his left(our right) arm. MY eyes burn from looking at it for so long >_< Any help appreciated And as a

I have actually spent way too much time on this one guy already >.<, the problem is that he looks pretty decent with the black background but when he ha a lighter background it losses something. I have been playing around with colors and outlines and can't really get it where I want it. Any help would be appreciated. any C+C is also welcomed

Been working on this guy for a bit. his first pose was supposed to be him with his arm wrapped around his sword just chillin but it just looked weird no matter how I did it(2nd pic) Then  I tried it with his arm up but It still looked awful so i just put the sword in a He-Man kinda pose. I tried to re do the hair a few times because something about it bothers me but nothing seemed to fix it. Just looking for some general C+C.  P.S.I know the shading on the sword is off because it's still the same as when it was behind his head so just ignore that for now:P

Uploaded with ImageShack.us I am having some problems with making the wires on him look like wires xD. I also put up the initial drawing on the off chance that it would be helpful. So any help would be greatly appreciated ;D
