Pixel Art / Back at it again after 6 years

Haven't drawn anything yet alone any pixelart since about 2012. Picked up on a piece today I never finished then. This used to be my default palette.
Got real nostalgic listening to some Crystal Castle on my hard drive and got pixeling. Some real nostalgia visiting these forums.

Looking for some critique and inspiration. It's a different approach for me in pixeling, maybe someone out there knows some inspirational art lying around helping me out doing full house of MORE various furnitures and such. Would be great really! ;D

Pixel Art / [WIP] - Forum Logotype

I'm making another logotype for a forum and I'm sure you've got some ideas to improve what I've come with so far. The pixel art in general in this logotype is simple and easy and  I'm sure this logo can be improved without making too complicated and advanced edits.
I can't spot any specific errors or problems, the goal here is basically to make it look better.
For example; wich background colour do you prefere?

Please share your creative thoughts!

Finally got my internet back, so I decided to upload my mushroom I made this morning!
The top part works for me but the underside of the hat is quite complicated and I obviously need help with it. I solved the top part by adding a darker shade to it, I tried to do the same with the underside gills but it looked wierd.
Background?

I just made someting black for practising my AA on, but then all of a sudden I saw a torso, and.. yeah, typical me.
The anatomy is quite alright(?) but I can't get the colours right however.
Untill guy number 5 everything was going alright but now hes just a mess!
Anything else that looks off? Let me know!

Hi, I've been asked to design a kind of logotype for Habforum.net wich is a fansite/forum to the swedish habbohotel. Since I'm aspecially known as a pixelartist at the forum many probably expect it to be über amazing as usual, so I thought I'd really make an effort on this one. I'm very entusiastic and ambitious about this so don't be shy posting challenging critique. This is like a job application for the graphic designer position on the forum, so I'd really appreciate reading your suggestions and creative ideas in this thread!♥

I'm quite satisfied how the head looks like so far, and Ive got a fairly good idea what this is going to look like when finished.
I want to hear what you think about it in general before I put too much effort on doing details.
I'm thinking about perhaps hide his legs behind some high grass, because I'm not really sure how to make them. And his arm, is the grabbing fist alright?

Would really appreciate your criticism on this! Thanks guys!

Y'hello, I'm one of them new guys at the forum so I'm sorry if I'm doin anything wrong or breaking any rules.

Anyway, Iv'e been pixeling on this fella for a few hours now and the main issues are the palette and his eyes (Don't quite get them right).
You might see some other issues since I'm new to this non-isometric style, so please tell me what to improve/fix




Would love to hear your creative pixel art heart suggestions on what to do with him since myy creative-o-meter has run out of creativity.
