Pixel Art / Seris Pixel Art (Need Critique pls)

So I've been playing this game called 'Paladins' quite a bit recently, and I decided to try some pixel art of a character called Seris.
I can tell that there is obvious imperfections, I would like critique on it. Thanks.
(I didn't make it exactly like the reference image on purpose)
