Job offers / Need a pixel character 35x35 with a few animations

Hi, I need an artist that can draw me a character, which has a few animations.
#1 Running = 3 frames +-
#2 Jumping = 1 frame
#3 Climbing = I'm not sure how many frames, maybe 3-4
#4 Death = 1 frame(I'll explain this in detail)

height: 35px
I'm not sure how much to charge, $10-$20?
