Pixel Art / Just a small starter piece

Yeah... the title speaks for itself. I'm relatively new at this, soo.. xD

Anyway, heres the pictures. It's just a small tree on an iso patch of grass. Haha, laugh at my pathetic attempt to create grass. ;__;
I would love it if you C&C. I mean, seriously, go all brutal on me. I'm serious, I've never been critiqued before, and I'm not sure if I'm on the right track.
Also, this is my first time using AA, I'm wondering if the piece even need AA.

Pixel Art / Beginner Scraps

So yeah, I'm new to this site, and new to pixel art. xD
I read a few tutorials and I've been using GraphicsGale, and I've made a few scraps.

The first one is a WIP, but I seemed stumped. I can't get this flower to become more lifelike.  Anyway, I'm open to all suggestions and criticism.



This one is kinda icky, I used St0ven's AA tutorial's moon and stars for this. Technically, it's finished, but I'm pretty sure theres definitely room for improvement, right? I just don't know what I should work on with this piece.



My last one! I think it's the best one I've done so far. @__@ Do you think i over dithered on this one?



And heres another one I did just today if anyone cares @__@
