Job offers / [PAID] Looking for Top-Down Action-RPG Pixel Artist
« on: May 03, 2017, 05:26:53 pm »
Hello,
we, Pixel Shark Studios, are currently hiring a pixel artist for our RPG Infinity Essence. Infinity Essence is a 2D Top-Down Multiplayer Action-RPG, heavily inspired by the all-time classics Secret of Mana and the Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past.
Over the last year and a half, we implemented our engine and systems (multiplayer/database architecture, quests and dialogues, inventory and items, character customization and more) and are now ready to develop actual level content. Therefore, we need an artist for all kinds of pixels: character animation, tilesets, items, decorations and GUI.
The artist should be able to work with our current art style and extend our existing assets (please refer to the screenshots for the details). We are looking for an artist that will actively take part in the development process (art-wise), who brings in his own ideas and is passionate about the game. Communication is important to us, and it should be important to you as well. If you are not able to work for a while or you just need a break, that is fine. Just give us a heads-up. We are working on this project in our spare time (as we all have 9-5 jobs) and will not expect you to work full-time on the project. We are flexible on the deadlines, as long as we see some progress.
The payment is negotiable. Depending on the skill and experience, we are willing to pay an hourly rate between $15 and $30. Revenue sharing can be an option if our collaboration works well.
If you are interested or need further information, please contact us: pixelsharkstudios(at)gmail.com
