Pixel Art / First Piece Of Pixel Art.... Any suggestions?

Hey, guys...... Just before I post the picture..... I want to forewarn you...... This is my FIRST drawing..... Anyway, if you don't mind giving me some tips and tricks to allows me to progress in drawing pixel-art, that would be great. If not, thanks anyway.

I have always wanted to make a game with pixel art in it.... However, I am not a great artist..... I just want to know if any of you have tried any online pixel art courses for free, that really benefited you...
