Pixel Art / bayeux tapestry cow

i had this idea a while ago. it's got all original colours from the http://rubens.anu.edu.au/htdocs/bytype/textiles/bayeux/bayeux tapestry and i think i stuck to the formula quit well. (not sure about the head, it looks like a sheep).


edit: i've changed the head as advised and i've animated it (badly), the tapestry is a very basic style, it has lots of lines.

oh, and the reason you don't get my idea is because there wasn't much of one in the first place! :crazy:

hi, i'm a newb and this is my fish, i want to add scales to it but it always looks funny.

(for any fish buffs out there, it's a red eyed tetra)

i've added some scales and some bubbles( 'cos thats what fish always have) to him and this is what he looks like:

i'm not sure about it.
i should have introduced myself before but i didn't.
hi, i'm 14 and interested in pixel art and animation.
i live live in England and that's it.

Does noone like my fish?
anyway here's another type of scales, not a realistic as the other ones but never mind.
