Job offers / [Paid] Looking for Pixel Artist/Animator

Hey Guys,
Were working on a flash game and have hit a bump animating a few sprites. We've actually created these sprites but we just need them slightly improved and given cool walking animations. I've attached a pic example of what the files look like now. So we basically need it improved and that's it!

Were giving $20 to the person who can do this bit of work, it's a good deal considering it's not alot of work for a great artist.
