Role Required: Pixel Artist

Team Size: me + the artist im hiring

Project Length: 6 to 9 months

Compensation: Depending on your speed and experience between 15€ to 25€ per hour but obviously this is negotiable.

Responsibilities:
Creating almost all the art assets needed in a 2D MetroidVania/Plattformer including:
- Characters (aiming for 64x64) (roughly 25 different characters) including animation
- Tilesets (16x16 or 32x32) (roughly 7-10 different tilesets)
- Environmental Objects
- Backgrounds
- Some Effects
- Weapons

Project Description: A MetroidVania Plattformer RPG Hybrid settled in the future with a diverse environment.

Additional Info: Personally, I'd like the game to be consistent in the Art department so ultimatively I'd prefer to work with a single artist, a max of 2 if absolutely needed. So I am looking for an artist for the long run.
