Pixel Art / ThunderCats - Liono

I was chillin' with a friend in the weekend and got the oppertunity to watch a few ThunderCats episodes from a boxset. Being the retro girl I am, I totally enjoyed it. Very nostalgic.
I then made this for fun. Look! It's Liono!

I might make the rest of the gang as well for fun.

Pixel Art / Return of the NINJA!

Okay, so I recently got back at this old project of mine. Some of you might remember it. Some might not. Either way, It's a project I developed some time ago to make a Gameboy-style game.
Inspired by the Gameboy classic Ninja Gaiden Shadow, I wanted to create my own ninja-style game.
I got real creative with the main character and gave her an "eye-candy" appearance.

Just finished making the new forth scene image, and created some more enemy sprites. Let me hear your thoughts and suggestions.

Oh, and here's an animated manuver which allows you to get up over high platforms.

Pixel Art / TMNT (Ninja Turtles) RPG [WIP]

Hi all. Been away for a long time, and I'm sad to say that I haven't done a whole lot of pixel work. I've been making alot of texture images for 3D meshes in the past couple of months (not mine. I don't know how to make 3D meshes), and working on my own personal projects (one which may be published in the near future. So yeah, I've been busy.
Also I'm finding that making pixel art on MS Paint can get real tedious. The process is just too sllllooooowwww. >.<
I really need to get the advanced program that most pixel artists use. What was it called again? 'Promation' is it?

Anyway, here's some old stuff I've updated. Some new sprites and stuff. Constructive critiquing and opinions are always good.
This is still work in progress, so be aware of that. Enjoy!

And here's some heads I made based off of characters from an anime called Martin Mystery.

I really don't have much stuff worth showing. Just alot of unfinished sprites. lol

I have made a pixel webcomic series that's actually on a website. I would post it here, but it's rather sexual adult humor. Sorry.

Hi hi! Been a while since I last posted anything here!
I've been busy with things... both good and bad... But I think I'm back in the groove now.
Here's a few new pixel creations...

This here may possibly be my new avatar here. Let me know if you think I should change my avi to this...

As a few of you may remember, I was working on a game months ago. I haven't really done much of anything new on it, and I had a friend who told me he would program the first level for me, but so far he hasn't completed that. Anyway, yeah.. um... new stuff...

Okay, I think I'm well over-due on making an online personal art gallery/portfolio.
Does anyone know of any good, free website hosts where I can make my site? I need one that's very easy to understand and use/edit.

Pixel Art / [WIP] Leonardo (Mirage-style)

Okay, I've been taking a little break from my Gameboy project, which is why there hasn't been updates for a while now. I'll jump back into it again soon enough, so rest assure that project is not being abandoned.

Anyway, I got inspired by Tremulant's "Testudine Shinobi" as well as the trailer for the new TMNT movie, so I started making this last night.
Let me know how it's looking so far. And bare in mind that I'm drawing with a mouse and with no referance, so that's why some lines look rather sloppy right now.

Here's a neat thingy I found...

Artpad

It's a digital online canvas that you draw on with your mouse. After saving it, you can then paste the URL, and other's can watch the process of your drawing from start to finnish.

I found this place today, and looking through all the threads on this page, and seeing so many amazing pixel artworks, I just had to join!
