Frankly, his pose and anatomy are complety off. Don't feel like enumerating what's wrong, so i'll show you my point with this humble edit :

This edit is far from being perfect, i made it just so you see how you could fix all these issues. I honnestly recommend you make it again from the beginning, working hard on his pose and anatomy before you start the shading.

If you want to desplay your image here you have to copy past your image's url between the [ img ] tag and not the PJ page link like you did.
