Not sure if I follow the discussion all the way (lost in translation), but it is sounds a bit strange to think of critique as of trimming tool that aimed to crop pieces to the certain standards. People offer an opinion for artist  and thats all good as long as he will understand why he agree or disagree with it . In learning process it is priceless. Besides many (some, perhaps) pieces around here is leaning towards medium technique study and suffering with lack of general drawings knowledge and sometimes that is something hard to figure it out on your own if you unaware. Sure drawing is fun thing to do, but I think it is  dumb  to stand in the position of unappreciated genius when somebody ask wtf is it that? Of course it could be a piece appeared before its time, that happens - I remember when I took my only oil paining I made in my garage at nights to the art teacher to show. She looks at it for a while - all right, that is good, composition could be improved that way and what that horsy doing in here? I start explaining thats not a horsy, that is a fetus and it represents bla-bla-bla, point is - what is good  if nobody can understand the language you use? Critique here does the trick as well, again not from the statements how it should be.
I guess same goes  for the limitation - nobody state how many colors your art should be before it could be called art, mostly talking about questionable choices in palette you make - I recall in school art class teacher took  black and white tubes out of boxes  saying there is no such  colors around you, figure how to make it look black within remaining set. It did sounds Nazi back then, but teaching again not exactly about art  but rather thinking in certain direction and understanding choices you make. Plus technique in medium and such. After  tool chest is well packed everyone can do what ever fits their best.

Sorry if I am on the wrong trial here.

In ideal, it is a bless to make path (motion arch) for every moving object in animation. Let say, if arm in one frame goes up, next one - going down, and the next - up again there is a good chance the viewer will not read that at all - there is nothing to keep an eye on the track. As to the sword fighting - in kempo combat sword technique teaching is not a set of slashing and poking moves but rather drawing and wrighting with a sword, (I wonder why japanese writing remind sword marks so much=) Some sword performer insist that runes  and sword path are closely  related.)

If you plan sword path in advance it will help to avoid eratical moves - path will help an eye to follow the movement.
Here is an example - path is quick shot, but hope you get my point.=) Also, when you have a limited frame rate you most likely have to deal with a key frames mostly, which  makes you to use every frame as effective as possible - each frame put out of sequence would have to be readable as stance performing snapshot.
Anticipation game wise could be better if you make it partially - let say sword and hands anticipating while body moves forward, so you don't lost seconds in attacking.

Bow stance is somewhat non convincing - it does required some body work to compensate pulling bow out. What would happens to the body when she is reaching out arrow tool? Pulling an arrow out? etc.
Here a quick study within existing framerate, but I would take a closer shot on subject. It'll pay twice - improves current piece and improves an understanding, which has a continuing value.

I think it will benefit a lot if you consider so-called action lines. It is in russian, but pictures say it all. Growing problem could be solved by reposition body parts - stretch a bit here, a bit there - body doesn't have to follow the sword all the way.

Ok, direction is clear now, although, the biggest problem right now - he shrink-n-grow legs and torso. It could be reasonably stretched but not twice in size. I would put a still sprite by side just to control this issue. Last slash still look a bit like an ax swing, I'd say reduce timing in anticipation to loose a feel of heavy weight.
