thank you for all the crits, it really goes a long way towards my getting better at doing pixel art, which i dont do alot of.
Tremulant, thank you so much for the edit, its a really good example of everything that has been said and it really makes the sprite come alive.
I will practice more!

I would just like to say that the .pbm files that cave story uses for its graphics are actually plain old bitmaps, so if you wanna see all the character sheets, just rename them to .bmp from PixelBitMap

After looking at this forum for a long long time i had this uncontrollable urge to make some pixelart.. so here's my 16 color warmup for tonight.
