Your image links are all screwy but I'm saying the character inis better than in any of the other images. The newer ones (i.e. any that look like this) are far flatter.
but thank to clarify my vision, Iīll continue with the animated version, but Iīll use the image body that you say!
I like the new clouds; looks complementary. This is a good piece.. you'll probably win!
Did you change the image in the first post to an earlier version or somethingI have to say the light beam guy looks much much better in the first post image.
Also I think you can just edit the title in your first post.

the weekly does not accept animation , and I think the clouds are not looking like the rest of the pixel art
