It wasn't intended, I was just very tired, I was wondering why the 1 didn't look right   will edit this post with an edit, thanks :D

Okay, updated. I've put all the details I can think to put in there, in.

Pixel Art / C64 attempt

"A lonely head in the desert contemplates life."

Yeah first try at C64, properly atleast. I think it turned out well, there is too much contrast between the yellow and the grey (IMO) but it was the closest shade that wasn't the same brightness. Other than that it's a fantastic pallete to use and this was fun to make. Any critique would be splendid :)

I cpletely redid the arm, added some extra muscle around his shoulders and neck, made more shadow underneath his chin and fleshed out the neck a bit more at the back so his head seems more supported, and completely redid the collar bone. I've changed his left (our right) pec a bit. I'm really hoping this is better  :blind:

Also got rid of the signature because of what people said on Pixeljoint.

I prefer the leg this way, but I'm not sure if I have made it look worse. Anywho, better?

The first things that come to mind is that he looks shocked because of the shape of his eyes,, try adding more shading. I would say that you should add three more skin tones; specular, light and finally dark. Perhaps another one simply for AA. His wrist is jagged, get rid of that one pixel between he hand and his wrist. His head isn't very round either. That's al lI can see for now, I'm on a computer with a crap monitor.

I think I've fixed the sel-out problems, the shoulder anatomy problems and the shading messiness. But I've no idea how to fix the eyes or the body position, to me they look fine. Could you perhaps give me an example as to why there is this problem and how to fix it?
