Job offers / (PAID) Pixel artist for a few animations
« on: November 05, 2020, 09:51:10 am »
How are you all doing? :)
I won't waste too much of you guys' time and get straight to the point.

I'd like to hire somebody to do a quick pixel art project for an indie game I'm working on.
I'm not looking to hire you for a massive project, I'd just like a few animations done up for me for a couple of characters like a walk cycle, jumping, etc. Maybe a dozen or less animations replicating a similar art style to this: https://twitter.com/sakuemonq/status/1245337058614239232
I'm actually pretty decent with still images, I just can't get complicated animations to look good. On that note, I'm looking to hire somebody of a professional animation level - something akin to these examples if possible: https://jontendo.format.com/pixel#

If you think you'd be interested I'd appreciate a quick holler at " JaredofArt@gmail.com " with some examples of what you can do and a general price range for, say, a walk cycle. Just so I have an estimate for costs. That'd be appreciated.

I'll leave this post open for a few days to see who's interested.

Regardless, thanks for your time.
You all have a good one. :)

Job offers / WANTED: Pixel artist to work on indie game background
« on: July 28, 2017, 09:34:32 am »
Howdy there. :P

So I'm looking for somebody to recreate an image that I've made into pixel art for an indie game that I'm working on. I won't post it here for privacy, but essentially what I'm wanting to do is make a map screen of the final area. Preeeetty much like those screens that pop up before you go into a Wily fortress stage in Megaman: https://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/megaman/images/8/8d/WilyCastle9.png/revision/latest?cb=20100315053413 <--- Those things. Except a bit more detailed then that. :P I guess I'm looking for something that looks out of the NES era? I could go whatever way. So this should be a relatively quick job.

I'd like a general price range of what you'd charge and I'd also like to request that you don't post the picture elsewhere on the internet, to your own person blog, etc, since it's part of a project that will be sold commercially. Naturally that means I'd like the rights to the artwork for commercial use. If you can't do that then I'm sorry I'm not interested.

My email is JaredofArt@gmail.com if anybody is interested.

Thank you for your time. Cheers. :)
