Recently started coding a prototype for a TRPG,progress is going well.However I am  in need of a pixel artist to make a sprite sheet for me. 

Specifics:

each frame is 70px x 100 px y
animations are 3 frames long and there are 24 frames.
looking to pay about $20 usd an hour(although up for negotiation);
