I really want to make pixel art...I really do, but I am stuck as an actual artist. So I am in need of help on how I can become a better pixelator.*I cant seem to put the picture up. So here's another link http://pixelswordstopper.deviantart.com/art/Croise-V1-425628902 *

I just got graphics gale and i made my first sprite at a size of 96x96 and i would like to know...HOW IN THE WORLD DO I RESIZE IT?
