I'm not very good at environment stuff but you can try taking actuall wall as reference I think, that way you'd make what you see instead of copying someone else's vision, your palette and other stuff is important aswell but you can balance contrast later if you have any problems with that.

I'd probably give wolf more personality as well as making it more wild, seeing that you have enemies like boulderking I think making animal enemies look like real animals is kinda unnecessary, here something I made, also used bigger resolution, bad thing is my drawings are mostly flat even with coloring thats why I love using black lines, still I hope it helps. Also was planning to color it but as ou can see got lazy at the tail.

that simple nesy thing looks amazing, I tried doing one aswell but your tiles look much less like a pattern whereas mine is just very apparent I think

her feet look bit weird in the pic imo, I tried to make something but got sleepy, also used one more color but it might look better without all that shading, I think zero suit would work beter with that pose, maybe I'll try making it with the zero suit

for collision dedection just make an invisible sword like object appear in front of him while attack animation is running and use that for actual attack instead of your player object, it should be like projectile but still and have few seconds of existence in game, you could also add an hitting effect(like dust or something) when it collides with enemy so it'll give more punch to it I think

I think the motion lacks weight, also I don't think you should start shading before youre sure you want to use that animation, heres my quick edit but I know it could be done much much better, I think his back looks wrong on some frames but overall it might have the punch you want, maybe even more, also its 13 frames so 1 frame more than your animation, but someone more competent could make better animation with even less frames I think
