@ am_pm: the game, definitelly...my piece not so much ;O)

@ Radek: Another World NEVER is a waste of time  :y:. I thought about demaking Heart of Darkness.
and yes, the Bioshock demake would have to be a "metroidvania" style game, allthough I think topdown zelda like would do it more justice(evading, and more environmental possibilities).

Hi,

as for programming languages i suggest you give flash actionscript a try, beside the fact that you can show your games online, it`s preety easy to learn if you are dedicated.
you can download the flash 8 or 9 trial from the adobe site.

@AlienQuark: if you provide all the graphics and it stays a minigame i could set something up in flash, looks definitelly like a fun game.

@Earthpainting: very nice

@Arachne: i love your stuff, especially the dithered monster pieces...

the hand and arm of your ninja could be more defined, nice background

Hi guys,

as a long time lurker, I finally decided to join the pixelation fun. I sure can learn a lot from the members around here.

so here`s my wip for the ninja mockup. basically just a shinobi style clone, jump`n run while slicing enemies...no real backstory yet
there are way to many similar colours which i have to clean up, the lighting doesnt feel right, so i hope you guys can point me to the right direction.
