Hello there,

I'm working on a 2D fantasy, multiplayer RPG with a player-drive narrative. The artwork perspective is topdown, and primarily 16x16 with the character sheets being ~16x28. I'm looking for an artist to create 6 combat animations, 4 directions each, for two existing character sheets. I'd like the artwork to remain consistent so sticking with the set palette is a must. Experience and a portfolio are required.

The pay is $15 per hour, with PayPal as the preferred payment method.

Interested parties, please have a portfolio to show. You can contact me on Discord: [Redacted]

Thank you.

Unpaid Work / Multiplayer RPG seeking Pixel Artist
« on: September 24, 2012, 12:03:42 am »
Game Name
Revelation Seeker

Game Description
Set in a medieval/fantasy world, this multiplayer RPG places the player/s in a heavily player-driven environment. Become the most renown, reside in the wealthiest town, or just be "that adventurer" whom thrives on discovery. Band together with your friends and make a town into your base of operations. Have the option of turning a dirt poor town into a haven for your people, wage war and turn this naturally PvE world into a PvP wasteland, or play politics to keep your economy from falling. Not only is your fate in your hands, but your actions can effect those bound to you.

General Discussion / (Game) Jail Em!

Hub link: http://www.byond.com/games/Branks/JailEm

Description: An action game based on the classic, "Cops & Robbers". The difference is... If you choose to be a criminal, then you start in jail, and must escape using creative tools. Ability to knock over objects to block doors/pathways to distract officers. Once you leave the Jailhouse, you're a free man and your team gets a point. If you get caught, you will have to sit in your cell until the round ends, while the officers score a point. If you choose to be an officer, your gameplay is much different. You'll have to use: Taser, Baton, & Handcuffs to send the escaped criminals back to their cell.

Made by: Lige (programmer) and Branks (pixel artist)

Requirements: Download and install BYOND v493 or higher (link: http://www.byond.com/download/).

Using http://www.byond.com and their latest feature (pixel movement), Lige and Branks have created this 2D multiplayer. The server is up 24/7, unless it's taken down for an update. I have made several updates and changes to the game since it was first under development. What I'm seeking from this post is feedback from people outside of BYOND's community. If there's anything in specific you'd like to talk about or ask me, feel free to contact me.
