chigsam Thank you! Yes head still in same position - because he use his head like a crosshair and firebreathing do mainly with help a body, not throw fire by head. Of course if I understand correctly you message )))

Very good. But I think, if the Big Guns, than man must be a bit mighty in hand? Now is some comic )) But maybe it's a good.

Nice progress.
I think the pair of manipulators (first left and back right - in the line of move) do a very little step - feeling like a limp. The pairs must do identica step for this construction.
And need some reflex on back side on manipulator.

Just think - You not try do put forward his manipulators (some rotate)? i mean bend in coupling, if I right talk - put in forward the toe of manipulators of course with that move (step will be more larger).

Maybe his right hand more close his eyes? for more contrast. And I think more darken in shadow side.

Better, but not too dark. Take color from shadow of the face and paint him this shadow.
And maybe give you characters some boots? ))

Of course it's you fantasy, for some abstract is difficult give adequate criticism. Now I am give just a my vision YOU fantasy, maybe it's not right vision for you! ))) Maybe this is enough for that picture, or maybe not? It's only you decision.
You have graphical image, what objective you pursue? Do this more realistic, more anatomic, cartoon or just express you idea? For just idea - I say "It's nice and funny picture". If you want more precise comments, you must definite you ask )))
Sorry for reasoning, just paint more and put it here!

Work more with form and volume and think about concept of musical instrument, he is nice but need more work on him, maybe a bit tiny finger-board. And on hand denote a small fingers. Also with the second picture.
