hmm. There's something wonky going on with the legs. And the arm on our right has some strange lumps, perhaps she has a collection of tumors? Either way, I would suggest studying the basics of anatomy, and then once you've learned the actual proportions of the human body, you can make pieces with exaggerated cartoon anatomies, while still making sense. Really, I liked the first one. It had a fun style, although the complete lack of a right eye is a bit disturbing.

I think you've lost a lot of the character is this new rhino. The color scheme is better, but it's got no pizazz anymore, no pop. I would use the same head shape, but maybe make it a bit smaller. I really like this though, it's looking wonderful ^^

If I were you, I'd consider adding a bit of blue into the palette.

I did a very quick, very rough color edit in photoshop, but I think it helps add a bit to the "mood" of being underwater.

Pixelart or not, I would strongly suggest investing in an anatomy book, or borrowing one from a friend, or looking for one online. Currently, your character has a freakishly large chest, with comically small arms. I'll assume you meant for the character to not have a nose, which is fine. Study some legs in real life. They aren't simple a solid line straight down, they have contours and muscles, which give legs more of a... stretched hourglass look to them. Really this isn't bad, but I strongly recommend studying some anatomy with pencil and paper. I find it's a lot more natural and much easier to learn basic skills by simply sketching, digital mediums to me, feel a lot more clumsy and harder to control, which will make attempting to learn something as complex and precise and human anatomy frustrating and difficult. Anyways, this has promise, keep practicing  :)

I'd say the highlights could use at least one buffer shade, they're still a little intense. However, the peach on the ice looks fantastic, it gives it a nice.. sunsetty feel about the piece. Also, the shading on the butt looks a little odd.. I don't think the highlights are necessary. Anyways, I think how this is turning out, keep it up :)

That newer version is vastly improved. I think the nose is outlined too harshly currently. That's probably just because it hasn't been cleaned up yet, which is fine. I'm looking forward to see what you can do, keep it up  :)

Yeah I second that, I think you could emphasize the wings a lot more, which would help give it some character. Also, the birds head looks a little disconnected from the body, I'd add a little.. substance to the neck.

No need to be sorry really :). I think in that way the term is a bit relative.
If you upload something with automatic AA on Pixel Joint for example, it will not be accepted.

That's because pixel joint has an annoying "pixel purity" ideal, which is ridiculous.

Anyways, I think you'd benefit greatly form general form practice. Although you're working in a cartoony style, it helps to know how things work. The car is pretty great, keep it up :)

No!

And wtf is going on with his arms?  They're like stubs, where you've put the hands indicates a very uncomfortable position.  Loosen it up, specifically the arm holding the staff.

I think I have to disagree with you on that point, I think the hands are fine, however you might want to add an elbow or something to the arm holding the staff, to give it more depth.
