Love the atmosphere in the fire dungeon; the colors give a great sense of heat without being overbearing. The fire jets look pretty snazzy, but read more as a laser than a jet of fire, perhaps?

I also thought that those were cracks in the glass as opposed to a silhouetted figure.

It also looks like the pipes don't quite attach to the floor at the proper angle at some ends. Might want to consider re-aligning the endpoints to be more in line with the overall perspective.

Looking good!  The second version of the door is a nice improvement.  Would love to see an animated version of the player when you have it.

Thanks for the feedback, everyone.  I've moved on at the moment to his actual flying animation, which is quite a challenge.  No one happens to have any human-with-wings-flying cycle guides, do they? ;)

Ok, some more head-bob revisions, and the first crack at adding the wings:

Another revision...

Corrected the arm and collar problems.  Any additional thoughts before I move on to wings?

Ok, but you realize what sushi is saying, right? You got his left arm swaying forward when his left leg comes forward, and viceversa for the right side. Stand up and walk. Is this what you do?  See?

Ah, right you are.  I hadn't noticed that either!  Time for some anatomical rejiggering...

I'll try calming the arms down a bit; perhaps a bit too enthusiastic (though he is excited he's about to get to fly ;) )

Ok, after some revisions, here's what I've got now:

Definitely happier with the legs, but still feel there could be some tweaks to the neck/shoulders.  I took the wings out for now to just focus on the "normal" part, but those will soon be tackled as well...
